CR Dentistry Update Speaker Bio

Dr. Barton Foutz practices in Henderson, Nevada, and is a 4th generation dentist. His father and grandfather practiced in Las Vegas and his great grandfather practiced in Arizona and Utah.

 He is passionate about total patient care and involving the patient in their treatment decisions. With an eye towards new technology, over the years, implants, aligner ortho, cone beam, sleep dentistry, same day crowns, in office scanning, and Botox/filler treatments have all been incorporated into his practice.

 Dr. Foutz graduated with honors from the University of Pacific Dental School (now the Arthur Dugoni School of Dentistry) followed by a general practice residency at the Veterans hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. He has received Fellowship and Diplomate status with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI). He completed what became the Christensen Continuum over twenty years ago. He enjoys being a mentor with Dr. Christensen's Practical Clinical Courses, working with the board of Clinicians Report as a vice president, and being an Evaluator for Clinicians Report.

 Dr. Foutz and his lovely wife JoAnne are the parents of five children and grandparents of eleven grandchildren.

 Dr. Foutz enjoys sporting events, hiking, running, boating, skiing, and being in the outdoors!
