Subscriptions to the Gordon J. Christensen Clinicians Report and the Gordon J. Christensen Dental Hygiene Clinicians Report may be canceled at any time by calling CR Foundation at 801-226-2121 or by written notice. If requested, any refund of the remaining unused portion of the subscription balance will be issued in 4–6 weeks.
Reports are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. File sharing, distribution, and commercial use of the file(s) is strictly forbidden.

Once your payment is confirmed, you have access to download digital report files.

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month.

As you have immediate access to download electronic files, there are NO REFUNDS for the first month's payment.

This subscription runs January to November each year.
You can receive 1 CE per month for each issue (11 for the year).

In the event that you are unable to attend a CR Live In Person CE course:

A $100 non-refundable fee will be withheld from each registered attendee.
If course tuition is less than $100, a non-refundable fee of 50% of tuition paid will be applied.
A partial refund may be requested in writing at least one week prior to the scheduled course date sent to CR via email (Courses@CliniciansReport.org), mail, or fax (888-353-2121). (Tuition minus $100 cancellation fee.)
In lieu of a partial refund, you may request to be transferred to a future CR course of comparable cost.
Transferred tuition will be held and available for use for up to 12 months from the original course date, based on space availability. If a replacement course is not attended within 12 months of the original course date, 100% of tuition is forfeited.
Failure to attend course without prior notification to CR forfeits 100% of tuition.

In the event that you are unable to attend a CR Accelerated Dentistry Update course after registration:

You may opt to transfer your registration to video streaming of the same episode at no additional expense. You must notify CR prior to the episode to receive this benefit; otherwise, a $25 processing fee will be incurred.
Video streaming is available 4–6 weeks after each live streaming event.

If you cannot attend one or more of the live streaming episodes in your bundle, you may opt to transfer your registration to video streaming of the same episode(s) at no additional expense. You must notify CR prior to the episode(s) to receive this benefit; otherwise, a $25 processing fee will be incurred.
Video streaming is available 4–6 weeks after each live streaming event.
You may request a refund of the unused portion of your bundle; however, any refund will be pro-rated based on the bundle elements already used/accessed. A $100 non-refundable processing fee will also be withheld from each registered attendee.

Once your payment is confirmed, access to the video streaming will show up in your account under "My Videos."
Access is granted for 1 year from the date of purchase.

CE credits that are associated with your purchase are valid for redemption for 1 year from date of purchase.
Since you are purchasing an electronic Instant online product, there are NO REFUNDS or exchanges.

CR occasionally offers promotional or discount offers on subscriptions and/or courses.

These offers are not retroactive and cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers.
CR will not "refund" the difference between a discount offer and your payment once your payment has been finalized.
