2024 Self-Instruction CE Tests

To receive credit, all 2024 tests must be submitted no later than December 15, 2024.

Earn up to 11 credit hours each year—1 credit hour for successful completion of each month's test (January 2024 through November 2024). This is a self-instruction program. CR Foundation is an ADA CERP recognized provider and an AGD approved PACE program provider.

If you would like CR Foundation to submit your credits to the AGD, please fill out your AGD number on your account profile BEFORE submitting your tests.

Access to these tests is a separate subscription from the Clinicians Report. The CE tests are an annual subscription available at Subscribe.
